Weight Reduction is not much hard

We all know that weight reduction is most hardly task for all the people. Some times we join gym, follow diet chat and we do anything right. But we just follow all that things for 10-15 days after finishing diet chat or anything for weight reduction process, we go to restaurant and eat anything that we love right. You just think about during dieting we eat nothing after dieting we eat everything it creates bad effect on our health, body. For weight reduction you have to just do this: Take one glass with half of the hot water then after add "Dry Ginger Powder" and drink it daily in every morning. After drink this don't take anything for 2-3 hr. Ghee, Butter etc. take less in quantity. Daily do exercise. You seriously feel slim.
