No body knows that when u join a gym u also give a chance your money waste in these gym. people say that gym improves your body.its make u healthy.BUT CAN ANY BODY SAY . WILL U BE HEALTHY IF U STOP THE GYM OR STOP DOING EXCERCISE. CAN SOME ONE GIVE GURENTEE THAT U WILL BE THAT MUCH STRONG ONCE U LEAVE THE GYM.gym I meant for the people who are rich and can afford . not for who do it for fun. I dont say gym are bad but we should be very carefull. if u stop then do excercise at home or stop it slowly.

Losing weight may not be effortless, but it doesn't have to be complicated. Set realistic goals for losing weight. Don't be overambitious. The weight loss should be gradual - about 0.5 - 1 kg a week, - and based on a caloric deficit of between 500 and 1000 kcals per day. Very rapid weight loss can cause loss of muscle rather than fat. It also increases the chances of developing other problems such as gallstones, gout, and nutritional deficiencies. It is also important to maintain the new weight once the goal has been attained.

The first goal should be to lose 5-10% of the present weight and keep it off for 3-6 months, before going on to the next goal. A reasonable time to achieve a 10% reduction in body weight is 6 months of therapy. The therapy depends on the level of obesity, overall health condition and motivation to lose weight. It would include a combination of diet, exercise, behavior modification and(sometimes) weight-loss drugs. In some cases of severe obesity, gastrointestinal surgery may be recommended. Remember, weight control is a life-long effort. Realistic lifestyle changes in eating habits and physical activity are the key to success.
