Be trendy while working-out

What is the first thing comes in your mind when I ask what is most important to keep us get going? The first answer comes in my mind is fitness. To stand the increasing competition, each individual should be fit. For some, it can be a simple walking and running exercises while for others it could be several hours spent in fitness gym.

Well, I am not going to recount on various methods to burn those extra calories, rather my focus is on the right attire for exercise [sorry folks, this is the nearest heading I could find right now]. I am very particular on what I do wear while exercising, which is comfortable also puts on my style. I have done whole lot-a information gathering before I had loaded my fitness wardrobe. I would prefer to wear nice clothes while out to a fine dining restaurant or something ethnic while attending a wedding. Or wear casual clothes when catching up with old friends. So, why not to care our dresses when working out? If our health is a priority, then we must take it more seriously than any social outing. Believe it or not, one is psychologically affected by what he or she wears. Have you ever noticed how our mood gets affected on what we wear? If one is uncomfortable, it will reflect and focus will be on your clothes. And why to focus on clothes, when it is supposed to be on the exercise? Motivation is a must in order to be truly committed if you want to achieve all your fitness goals. There is a need to choose the right fitness apparel that will work for you in doing your fitness activity. Looking great has its advantages and there is a correlation between fitness exercise and fitness apparel.

Do I need ‘special clothes’? Many people prefer to just put on a sweat suit and go to the exercise and the wear is usually lightweight, loose fitting, and made from breathable material. But if one believes the need to look a bit more stylish while leaving house for the fitness regime, it is must to have a variety of wear to add some panache during workout. So what do you look for when you are shopping for the right clothing to wear for your workout? Choosing the proper material and correct size when selecting the fitness gear is a must. If you don't choose the appropriate apparel you will be very uncomfortable and it can interfere with your performance.

It is crucial to get clothing that fits loosely and will allow for free airflow. Do not choose tight-fitting garments [despite what is perceived as current fashion]. With tight-fitting wear, movements will be restricted, which will render exercise much less effective than it could be. But, loose doesn’t indicate baggy(ill fitting) wear that will not perform as well. Because you will not be able to move well and when you are uncomfortable – focus will no be onto workout. While choosing fitness apparel it is also important to think about the climate and weather so that you will be comfortable no matter what the climate is. Cotton is not a suitable material as it shrinks, stretches and also will soak the sweat.

Inner wear is also very important. Ladies, feel comfortable in sports bras, but be elegant. After all it's not the time to show-off your treasure:D. Men also needs to be careful with their inner wear while exercising.

What you decide to wear when you are exercising does not have to be boring or monotonous, but there is also no reason that it needs to cost a small fortune. In just one shot of informed shopping, you would be able to put together a very stylish and yet economical clothing that will be very adequate for your goal to be fit, trim, and healthy.

I have seen guys who have been working out for a while wearing some branded shorts while doing aerobics, doesn’t that look like they have entered the wrong place? I mean shorts for aerobics?  Polyester blend exercise pants are preferred because of the little stretch, which is good for allowing a full range of movement. Polyester is common in workout clothing because it is light weight and breathable. It is crisper than nylon - yet softer, and it resists shrinking and stretching. Polyester is also quick drying. However, it tends to collect static and pills easily.

Usage of absorbent cotton socks will make one to be more comfortable. A matching wrist-band/hair-band will make one to look trendy also will help not to fight with the locks.

Don't forget about the shoes, which are critically important. The type of shoe you get is determined by the type of exercises that comprise your regular routine. If you're working out in the gym you'll probably need a different pair than the one required for lifting weights than if you're going to spend an hour a day on the treadmill or stair-master. Like, I need good and proper aerobic shoes which are not tight but should fit comfortably. Else, imagine the suffering from sore feet if I wear the wrong type of shoes. It’s actually all related to the soles. Cross pairs do offer a little bit of everything for the gym user - not totally flexible but enough flexibility and support to be used over a variety of workout.

Wearing a sport deo [should not be strong as a room freshener, but will make one to feel fresh throughout] is a must to avoid the sweat reek.
