Wavenetcorp is a gurgaon based telecom software development company founded by Mr Sanjay Bisen.

He is a lying as.

While recruitment he told me a different story and now he is forcing me to shift to some other company as body-shopping.

Wages are low, hours are more. HR is just a namesake. She is busy flirting with a senior.

I am overworked, shouted at and unpaid. On top of that his nephew who is team lead in this company tries to blackmail me into working on saturday.

There is no knowledge in this company only labour.

Mama bhanja company hai.ekdum lala style.

Dont ever join this company.u ll regret.

I left this company last month and I am told by my ex-colleagues that Mr Sanjay Bisan and his nephew Ravi Paardhi conducted a virtual witch hunt over my review.

Mr Sanjay Bisen is trying his level best to do damage control are no freshers are ready to join their company anymore.

Some more details about the murky functioning of this company.

One friday evening.i was invited to do "Team building"(wavenet style) by Mr Ravi Pardhi.

I was new.so I went. The team building part was happening at a shady bar called machaan.

We had a few drinks and after that the glorious stories of Mr Ravi Paridhi and his achievements started.he went on and on about how he has changed the world with his skills and blah blah.for I moment I saw Ravi mark zukerberg Pardhi.i am not kidding.i was drunk.

Real revelation happened after an hour. I was told they story behind Wavenet and how it would succeed in future.

Summary: Mr Sanjay Bisen bribes his friend Rupsh in ipaccess to get work outsourced to them instead of IP access Pune. He went on and on about the firangi people( I cant recall the all the names. I was partially drunk.i think I heard owen)

Another joker in the pack is egomaniac by the name of Ashish Juneja. He interviewed my about my family and how I should stand up and say "Good morning" to him everyday as a sign of respect.

There are so many jokers and so many incidences. that it is difficult to put them all.

It is hilarious now.but it was mentally agonizing when it was happening.

My advise to all people evaluating to work with this company: Try to get into Aricent or Samsung or Systique or Vihaan or Erricson or any other established company. This company has no advantages over any of them.
