They loot you with high membership fees. The machines are out of order most of the time.I'd rather prefer exercising from home.Not having access to a gym is not a reason why one cannot improve his or her health and fitness. You can still be fit and healthy right at home.
With just a little space and with the help of several common items, you can work out your cardiovascular system and tone and strengthen your muscles, helping with you achieve a healthier body without the need for huge gym equipment. I also didn't like the kind of crowd which used to attend the gym.
