AMBIENCE AND DECOR-We had a visit out there in the waterfall hotel and I have to say the atmosphere out there is just amazing and the staffs out there are just so helpfull. They have the perfect environtment for family visits they just maintain the place so well that everyrtime I go there it seems the hotel is very new. FOOD AND PRESENTATION-The food out there is just awesome.I am just spell bound even if u r not that hungry this hotel has such delicious food that it will just drive u crazy.The chineese food there that is the chili chicken and the fried rice are one of the best cooked here.
CUSTOMER SERVICE- The customer support is also very good. The staffs treat their customers like god.They really do give a lot of effort in taking care of the customers coming to there restaurants along with emergency exit in case of a fire and all other importent equipments to safegaurd the purposes with which a customer visits their hotel!
VALUE FOR MONEY-The type of presentation and serving style is really praise worthy. A very well decorated place with very clean and clear dishes and the rate they charge for there food is really what we call it a value for money deal when comapred to other hotels which provide similer services.So just stop thinking and just go for it they really make awesome delicious food!
