Worst Customer Service, Spoiled Birthday!!!. Review on Watchkart

I have never seen such a pathetic customer service in my life. This site is not eve genuine it seems. I ordered Casio Edifice Watch for my father on his Birthday. Luckily, it was his retirement from service also after few days of his Birthday so I though in case if it could reach exactly on his B'day, it will surely reach him well before his retirement day.

After placing order, nothing happened for next 2-3 days and then I contacted Watchkart customer care member. He promised that it will be dispatched but might reach to my father next day of his Birthday. But nothing that kind of anything happened so I contacted them again. They mentioned same thing that they have put priority note so that item can be dispatched ASAP and reach within next 48 hours.

After 2 days, I contacted them again and as my father's service retirement day was just after 2 days of this call, I asked them to ensure that it should reach by 31st Dec at any cost. They confirmed that it is all set to dispatch now and should reach. But after 2 days again there was no delivery or status update from WatchKart.com. I called them immediately and blasted this guy to waste my time and money(I was calling them again and again from outside India). To my surprise, when I asked them to cancel the order, he immediately cancelled and not even told once to wait and he will dispatch next within 30-40 Minutes.

I have never seen this kind of service. Also, during this time they were kept saying that it is going to be dispatched soon. Later they were saying that it was not in stock and now in stock.

I guess this is fake site and no one should buy from here at any cost . It is not the money and time which they wasted, it was my feeling for my father to give him some gift on his B'day which they wasted. No one should even think of buying form them.
