Watchkart was the site that got me into online shopping.Was browsing through stuffs on net and stumbled upon this site.The collections in this were really good .Liked one watch but was initially sceptical about the quality of product that is delivered when you shop online.
But then found out the Online chat option in the site that was really helpful.The customer care guy convinced me and even suggested to use some 10 percent discount coupon. I placed the order and it was delivered within 3-4 days with superb packing.The watch was brand new(even the thin covering on dial was intact) with proper bills and warranty card.
That built up my confidence into this online shopping this and alleviated my fears about getting a used product or something like that.I have ordered 2 watches till now from watchkart and it has never disappointed me. It also gives you option to send it as a gift and compose a greeting message for the receiver.So overall a pretty impressive portal.
I must say that allayed my ambivalent attitude towards online shopping and gave value for money for all the products.
