A+++. Review on Watchkart

We were looking for a wall clock for a home for a newly wed couple. Understandably, we had our criteria which made the search even more difficult. We were looking for a clock with

1. a good brand

   
   




2. roman numerals

   
   




3. classy look

   
   




4. pendulum

   
   




5. you see what you get factor which is hard to come by especially when objects with aesthetic appeal are being purchased online.

   
   

Naturally, the search was a tough one. And then my tryst with this wonderful site.Let me describe my experience in parts.

1. Site usability - the cataloguing is very neat, with search enabled by brand, price, and type of clock that one is looking for. Easy to manoeuvre as well

   
   




2. Range of products - is remarkable I must say. The range of watches and clocks is extensive and the number and kind of brands present is also very good

   
   




3. Customer focus - what I really liked was that the dimensions in the case of the clock were given which as really helpful in getting me to muster the confidence to finally add it to cart

   
   




4. Customer service - After placing the order I got a call from the customer service to double check and confirm the order. the person was smart and polite and seemed motivated

   
   




5. Shipping - the item was shipped by blue dart who really are as good as it gets as far as our country goes. the packing was very good as well

   
   




6. Price - I like the fact that this site seems to attempt to create its niche by focusing on enhancing range and depth of products availability, as well as prompt customer service. I believe those are crucial to this business rather than deep discounts initially to generate traffic but not focusing on this.

   
   

Thanks watchkart.com for making this clock available to me. It is indeed noteworthy that this particular clock isn't available anywhere else online...not even on one of my favorite e-commerce sites of all - ebay.in :)
