I ordered a fossil watch on 17aug so as to gift it to my mom for her bday on 21aug. I even called the customer support and requested a speedy delivery so that it reaches her before or on her bday. They call and inform that the watch is out of stock and it will take them 4 days to deliver it even after the payment was complete.
Now I call for a status update and they inform me that its going to take more than 6 days hoping the watch is delivered by 30th. If you don't have a product to sell, don't accept the payment. I would have rather bought it from a watch store with better customer interaction and sales services.
