Washington Mutual embezzlement . Review on Washington Mutual Bank

Washington Mutual experience was w/the E.Beltline Rd.Location in Rchdsn Texas. Some of the problems of money "leaving" accounts happens within the individual branches.

This individual branch was poorly managed and their conduct was unacceptable.

The customer service telephone representatives had "NO knowledge" of a corporate office who had to be reached via internet through an encrypted email. After requesting the cleared checks and statements sent to their auditing dept & requesting and audit of the branch, their response was that it was taken seriously. There has been no follow-up after 2 years.

All of the money was withdrawn and account was closed immediately after the discrepancy. The internet showed problems with washington mutual embezzlement ranging from casino owners, to brokers in new guenea. They also showed a board member's conviction of embezzlement charges. The only bank in my metro area that the net showed no embezzlement problems was Guarantee Bank, with which ive had a great experience.
