THE WORST BANK EVER. Review on Washington Mutual Bank

We have had checking, savings, horse trailer loans, Lines of credit, home equity loans with them and they have managed to mess them all up. I was originally with a bank they merged with: Western Bank, the BEST bank. Even tho my check and deposit slips were good for over a year, they we not posting. It was overdrawing my account and charging fees, plus returning my items NSF for being overdrawn $40-$75, when I had never been overdrawn before. My auto pays from my checking account there to my horse trailer loan were also not working. They told me that they didnt have my account number (Lie). I went to Western Bank and they showed me they HAD my account # and proved it by showing me a ''dummy'' transaction of a zero dollar that WaMu had done. When I went to pay off my horse trailer, they were charging me a $22.00 recording fee for the county. There isn't a recording fee on a horse trailer, only on real estate. They would not listed to me, nor reverse the fee. And no where in my loan documents does it disclose this fee. They were also charging me this fee on my unsecured revolving line of credit to. They charge fees they don't disclose. I have problems with my accounts once every 1-2 months and it usually takes 2-3 hours on the phone for a couple of days, then another 3 weeks to resolve it. I am in the process of closing all my accounts there. And I sympathize with the people who still have their accounts there.
