This might sound like an anti Bush take on the war, and voila it is! And by anti-bush I not only mean him, but also Miss Blair and Miss all the others who lick his a*s. The man unnerves me, the way he gives his pseud confident cow-boy speaches. With a triumphant grin on his face, the way tells the ultra paranoid nation who have voted him back, that they are under safe hands. Its vulgar, its monstorous how much people can be decieved. Giving them security from what? From wepons of mass destruction?
If Iraq had wepons of mass destruction, where the hell are they? Agreed the 9/11 has evoked a huge scare, but wasn't Laden behind it? What's Iraq got to do with it? And even if Iraq does have those wepons, don't America have a hundred times more wepons than them, and the rest of the world put together? Should the world get-together(Especially the Asians and the Africans, the Blacks and the chinks and the not-so-evolved-us human beings) and bomb them. Don't America have a pathetic peace history(Vietnam, Hiroshima-Nagasaki), similar to the one of Britian and Germany? Should people be presumptious that they might do something similar and destroy them? Well even if we wanted to we can't because nor do we have the military, the wepons, and most importantly the will to do something so abysmally cruel and inhuman as that!
And by saying all this, I hope I am not putting across the message, that I defend Saddam Hussain. He is a rogue, but Mr Bush is a ROGUE! Atleast Saddam is exploiting only his terrian, Bush is doing that too(by reducing the education budget, by sending his young military men across to fight, by giving oil contracts to all the multinationals who get richer by the day, and god knows by doing what else), and destroying another whole historical civilization too!
Unfortunately there are too many people backing him. The whole media, the whole of the western civilization, and his biggest strenght- his super power! Hundred people die in Iraq everyday, and they don't even get trivial coverage by the media or by us ignorants! But 300 people died on september 11, in America, and the whole world still mourns for them!After all, as the old saying comes true - you have power, you have everything!
