WHAT CAN I REALLY SAY ABOUT President of the United States ( POTUS ),Cheney ,Rummy and Powell . He He
I will be hackneying the issue by reiterating the oil thingie ( being the bone/ booty of contention with IRAQ) but I am also certain it has to do with some stupid personal vendetta ( Big Bush Sr. was a sworn enemy of Saddam , remember ) and a lot with the coming Presidential elections. The US economy is in a bad shape , the minorities are unhappy with the current '' ELECTED PRESIDENT'' ( I bit my tongue there, I am not sure if the Florida fiasco was really a true ballot , but anyway thats another story .
Its really amazing how I have to watch BBC or CNN to know whats happening , cant even trust the US National Channels like NBC, FOX and ABC. As for my personal opinion about the war - who really cares about my opinion or for that matter of the 90% of world's population? It could be a precedentof a kind , defy the UN , dont sign the Human Rights Commission Bill ( remember the UN convention on RIGHTS OF CHILD ) , let the other 191 countries go against you , say the UN is a useless body and must be reorganized ( and u know what is funny - it will be , it will be reorged soon to suit the man who thinks Africa is a country )......
Its ludicrous bullying that must be stopped . The US has a current budget deficit of over $300 billion ( highest in teh world as a percentage of GDP ) , US is teh only country in the world where the poorest population is children , Only 7 % of the population study beyond high school........
oh by the way , guess what is the biggest news here in the US while civilians are being bombed in IRAQ and Palestinian refugees are living in slums for the last 40 years without any possibility of ever getting out of that strip, Americans are getting obese, yes thats the news-- how the Americans are coping with the threat of terrorism ----by eating more .......oh my GOD, what am I doing here .....the list is endless ..... theres is so much gone wrong domestically that the only way to win( or may be to .......well mum's the word) another election is through artificially created popularity gimmicks ..........
I really can go on ........its over 40 years of blow hot blow cold ....... shake hands and then stab in the back politics there ........middle east has been betrayed many a time by one and all...........
SHOW your support against these violations . Write to the UN ( OOPSS that will not work now , I guess the last resort is just PRAY that POTUS gets smarter.........thats a very long shot.
