I informing here that if you all checking hope this review then startread carefully , today(18/05/2023) did call at vatika business park at laidline number did ask about any product then one employe which did picked the call and did not give the satisfactory answer then I did ask about One team who was working there when I was coming in vatika business park .
Then vikrant singh did pic the call when call I backed , and I did start to ask about Rajender then he saying that rajender is on my panis (???) so that I am asking that is this good and apriciating language ??.
I expecting that it's good and reputed formate where we visit alway with our family .
Hoping that will same language and wrong perception will be using for all customers.
This was very socking word which I can't expect .
This is first happen and next happen is like crime becouse I am using this word , when evervisited at vatika lunge he never give me bill after requesting.
When did give me bill one or more items was not adding in bill and saying that we are unable to punch it so please pay it manually ammount of it .
And when he does not give me bill then he alway ask that please possible pay it cash .
I will request to guest which are trying to visit vatika WBTL please change are mantality becouse which I have took experience from there that is totally bad.
Ever staff are approx good expect to vikrant singh becouse his perception is very bad to take eye sight and all.
This is resion that your vatika lounge is not running in good sale condition , if possible please dismiss him from WBTL otherwise he will go to presion and management team will go same also.
Please take it seriously don't take it lightly .
And I am asking that how he can use sucfoul word and secondry he is governing good ammount every day in turn of manually bill.
Hope will WBTL management team will take action about this things.
