Yes indeed, WWE is an Entertainment Wrestling. This is not the real wrestling when compared with boxing or MMA which is indeed real. This is purely scripted and there are many scripts made to make a Rivalry look good and the fighters doing everything which they are ordered too.
But this WWE is not a fake show. I come across many of my friends saying that this is fake and the audience are dummy and the blood is Unreal etc., but believe me all these statements are false.
Firstly WWE is worth Billions. So a billion dollar business can't be fake even if it's entertainment. Secondly, audience is 100 percent different and the shows don't happen at one particular venue, they hit different venues everytime. And more importantly about bloods, these are pure bloods but this is scripted.The fighters practice a lot ( rehearsal) before the fight night and the same will be executed and winners will be pre-decided if all the plans are executed well or the fighters will have to adjust to the environment occurring like an injury or something similar. Regarding blood, the umpires or some cameraman help the fighters by giving them a blade job or handing blades to them or the fighters going extreme by making themselves hit to the poles or some hard things in order to get the blood ( only if the script demands) , in such fashion that the act looks realistic. That's why everytime the fighters say what we do is under expert supervision and a lot of practice and please do not try this at home.
More important WWE asks their fighters to be excellent on mic, the one who excels on the mic he will surely be a champ and have a long reign of contract. For example: Rock, Stone cold, Cena, Jericho, CM Punk etc. are the fighters who are/were good on mic and that's why they still rock the WWE.
Overall WWE is a good show and they attract children a lot and good storyline and good entertainment. And that's why the business is still being run by third generation of McMahon family.
