March 14, 2012. Nowadays enough drama happens all across INDIA. Congress-BJP clean sweep at recent elections(specially in U.P), Indian cricket team's consistent heavy losses abroad, 5.2 reactor scale earthquakes in North India, 21 december 2012 END of the world predictions, Salman-Shahrukh evergreen tussel etc ETC. But right now one of the most anticipated event which the whole world anxiously waiting for is WRESTLEMANIA XXVIII. The historic date is APRIL 1st, 2012 and the historic venue is Sun Life Stadium, MIAMI, Florida. WRESTLEMANIA(WM) is the biggest wwe event happens once in a year. This will be the 28th edition of WRESTLEMANIA and all previous 27 WM's were bigger and better. The anticipation level of millions wwe fans all across the globe are so high that 80, 000 tickets of MIAMI arena has been sold in few hours only. Classic matches awaiting in this years WM are CM Punk vs Chris Jericho, Sheamus vs Daniel Bryan, Beth Phoenix vs Kharma etc ETC. But the two extraordinary matches that can alone make this years WM an all time historic blockbuster are The Rock vs John Cena and The Undertaker vs Triple-H.
Undertaker appeared in 19 previous WM's editions and he never lost a single WM match. His undefeated WM streak goes to 19-0. He is the one who ended HBK career by defeating him in WM 26. Triple -H gave him a tough battle in WM 27 but that wasn't good enough to beat the Undertaker at WM. After a gap of one year Undertaker came back and challenge Triple-H for one last battle between the two legends at this years WM. Triple-H accepted Undertaker's challenge on one condition. Hell In A Cell. And guess what, HBK will be the special guest refree. You can't expect anything bigger than that. This is something larger than life. There are speculations going on all around about The Undertaker's carrer ends with his streak ends at this years WM. Will it be 19-1 or gone to 20-0. But I personally wish that streak will always remain undefeated.
Rock-Cena feud has been in talks for the past one year. The'Once In A Lifetime' tag just adds the curiousity. Rock vs Cena match has been announced one year back just after WM 27. Just after WM 27, Cena challenged Rock. The Rock told Cena that he accepts his challenge only if that match would be the Biggest match of all time. Rock vs Cena - Clash Of The Titans, Clash Of Two Era's. And there was only one way to make that Dream Battle counts. And that is the biggest stage of them all - WRESTLEMANIA XXVIII. So they mutually decided that they will fight the Battle Of A Lifetime on Apr 1st, 2012 at WM 28. Both the superstars get personally involved in this battle and said all possible bad things to one another. Undoubtedly Rock vs Cena is a dream match for any wwe fan and not to forget the venue MIAMI is indeed the hometown of people's champ The Rock. So you can expect fight till death.
But the big question arises out of the context is Will we ever saw a WRESTLEMANIA bigger and better than this WRESTLEMANIA?
Well, let me guess. What happen if WRESTLEMANIA XXVIII ends with after a couple of greatest wwe match ups, The Undertaker defeating Triple-H and The Rock defeating John Cena and after one week on monday night RAW The Rock wishes to break the undefeated streak of The Undertaker at WRESTLEMANIA XXIX. And we will have some matches at WRESTLEMANIA XXIX like The Rock vs The Undertaker, HBK Shawn Micheals vs Triple-H, Stone Cold Steve Austin vs John Cena and Randy Orton vs Edge. CHEERS!
