Would you be interested in travelling with a group that CHEATS you on your hard earned money? Concealing facts about the details in a trip and not giving a heads up of the hardship one will experience in the trip .inspite of asking them very clearly in english! about how the trip will be etc etc. and making us pay for twin sharing and then later during the trip conveniently making us squeeze ourselves into a three sharing in a room scenario is absolute CHEATING! and there's more to discover! . basic local cheap off the street food but charging us for 5 star food!
AND then after all this deal with the business owner who you discover is a person who NEVER responds to your complain? so much for their hype on safety security and what not for #womantravel but its just a FARCE! they are least interested in doing anything called customer service or concern for the #women traveller. Me and my 14 year old daughter had gone with them for the first time to HKG .and we had a harrowing experience when we got lost and the #WOWClub rep was of absolutely no help! desperate attempts to call was met with the WOW reps mobile switched off! and the local guide wasnt picking up the call! walking on the streets at 9:15pm of a strange country .and discovering that nobody there understands english! trying to figure a way back to our hotel and worrying about safety! to top it battery charge in my mobile was almost over! well am sure any mother can understand my STRESS! somehow mustering up courage I took a taxi [like the Meru cabs here] and my faith and trust in God to get me and my daughter safely back to the hotel! a little past 10pm!
Then I wrote a long email to the lady running this show but no response at all .like I said they aint bothered about your safety . all they do is publish some colorful pics, make their presence felt on social media and charge a premium for some basic travel experience! its so not worth it!
Reliving the experience is not something I wanted to do! so I did not write this review though my experience was 2 years ago! anyways better late than never.
So all you women who love to wander and spend your hard earned money . think not twice but many times more before you decide to travel with #WOW.its a premium fee for poor services! You will come back disappointed and with a broken travel spirit and like me not wish to revisit your bruises .
I have LOST my interest in travelling Thx to #WOW Club:-(
