POSTED ON 9 MARCH 2016-Finally I had to left the company in February 2016 without serving notice period. I talked to HR but he denied to accept my resignation. I wasted my 6 months.one more bad thing about the company-you don't get a single break even after 4 hours of login. You'll get direct lunch break at 1.30 pm in morning 9.30 login shift when you leave the home around 7.30am to board the bus. Guys, 7(out of 15) people left the company in my batch within 6 months of joining. They treat their employees(agents) like bonded labours. Rotational shifts like they can roster your shift any time even in back office process and they ask to extend the shift as well without any over time. They don't even bother if you miss the company drop to extend the shift. You need to go on your own.
You can get almost double salary for the same efforts in any other company.
The company might be good for the post of managers and TL's but not for the agents.

Dnt go for WNS. I wish, I could have seen these complaints and comments before joining this pathetic and ridiculous company WNS. My life became hell working here.
The recruiters hire the candidates giving wrong information about food coupons, night allowance, transport and process incentives, just to earn their incentives on hiring number of people. I join in August 2015. At the time of giving offer letter the recruiter said that there is no agreement or bond to join the biggest crap. but when I left my previous job and went for documentation, they gave an agreement for 6 months to sign. The conditions were, if I leave the company without giving 2 months notice period, I will have to pay 1 lac as compensation. And the heights of cheating is, you all are would not believe, the recruiters did not tell any of new joiners that we are signing a bond.
They even did not allow a while to read the agreement, we are asked to sign in no moment without reading that doc. Being asked about that agreement, they said it's not an agreement, just sign it. Last but not the least, they give xerox copy of offer letter not the original one.Now 3 months are going to be completed after joining, I am not getting what to do at this point of time.
