This drive costs me Rs 8000. so reasonable. I had searched the whole products online. and settles on it. there are few portable hard disks costs less then it. but I have trust in WD and had already tried the 500gb drive. The drive is not heavy. and so big even. but it cant fits in pocket.
This works best in USB 3.0 connectivity. and gave a great transfer speed. This drive also works on USB 2.0 connectivity. but speed will not be same as you got on a 3.0 USB. One has to no need of download any software in computer. to use I have expansion portable drive of 500 gb storage. but I brought this 1 TB portable drive. because I want more space. and I sold 500 gb drive at olx. One has to no need of download any software in computer. to use it. simply insert the USB cable. and thats it. one time. there was issue in connecting the drive with Pc. but then I restart the Pc and then tried and it connected. And yes. 1 Tb is a boost to storage. one can put so many files in it. I had half filled it with putting my old desktop items in it. so many videos photos etc.
