The build was excellent with the good finish over the top and the casing is sturdy. The plug-and-play feature is a very useful one and increases the products portability.
Im using Windows 8.1 and got a good average copying speed of 90-110 mbps which was constant all the time on USB 3.0 and on USB 2.0, I got a decent speed of 25-40 mbps.
Pros:
1) Great average transfer speed(USB 3.0): R: 80-90 MB/s, W: 50-60 MB/s
2) Fairly long cable for use with laptops.
3) No heating problems even after 18 hours of continuous use.(This is an important factor for me as I sometimes use it as a portable OS drive).
4) Hard plastic casing, unlike the thin casings in Seagate.
5) Lightweight & Stylish design is an add-on.
Cons:
None so far. Cable length seems to be a problem for some people but I did not find any issues with it, as already highlighted above.
