No stranger to the portable hard drive space, Western Digital continues to impress with their My Passport Ultra, offering USB 3.0 speeds in a compact package.

Light weight adds up to its improved portability

Amazing service by WD(Apart from quick service, door pick up and drop is very convenient)
Comprehensive security features by WD firmware

Not quite drop resistant(I screwed up mine by dropping it, but I got it replaced for free within no time)
Cable could have been longer(If you're using laptop on your lap, you'd have to worry about where to place the Ultra)
Verdict
One of Western Digital’s flagship portable hard drive devices, the My Passport Ultra is diverse in functionality but lacks the added protection that would come with a ruggedized exterior.
But it sure makes its place in any top ten external hard drive listing.
