First performance of this product is quite good, and it quite handy & appealing.
It provide many features like wd apps, wd backup, wd utilities, etc.
It's style and design is quite simple and realistic and also it comes in different colours.
It;s after sales service is off the mark, This is one of the best thing that I like about is after sales service.
Take it from my personal experience I replaced my external hard disk because windows to go is mot working on it, then they taken the old one and replaced with new one within 7-8 days.
Also not to mention the new hard disk was delivered to my home address free of charge with brand new packing.
customer care for this product is quite helpful too.
