I had purchased this WD elements 1TB portable hard drive. Data rate of this drive is very slow. It hangs so much some I have to eject it before the task hab been completed.
On name of special feature it's software provides us auto unlock in those devices you selected. But sometimes it will not work AUTOMATICALLY.
Design of this hard drive is good but performance is poor as well.
I forgot the password of my hard drive and I contacted to customer care and they told me your email is not registered but I did it.
I am highly disappointed.
No it is not value for money guys.
There are no staff support type things.
According to me you people should not purchase this product
