W`s is indeed a good brand for todays women who needs indo - western dresses, which are not only comfortable but stylish as well, W- gives this comfort to many of women.
On the other hand we have brands like Ritu Kumar, who are not only expensive but there boutiques are absolutely louzzy and full of show biz...they believe that they are high fly and hence do not respect customer like u & me, absolutely un-friendly / non customer focus attitude by Ritu Kumar staff Mumbai - Khar.
I strictly recommend NOT TO VENTURE there !! Specially the Mumbai Khar outlet where the staff is uneducated and uncultured, who does not know that customer is the king and hence cater to there requirement, than there own selfish comfort.
The staff behavior at mumbai outlet is so rude and unproffessional that any customer would think twice before entering Ritu Kumar outlets elsewhere as well. An eye opener for me !!
