I have recently purchased a VU 4K UltraHD(UHD) TV set and from that day onwards I have been very unhappy at the raw deal I had to receive . Finally I have decided to go to Consumer Protection and legal course
1) VU have sold me a VU UHD- TV but the media Player that comes
along plays only FHD and not UHD
2) and hence I have paid price of a UHD, TV but I can only watchFHD videos.
3) Further If I want to watch UHD videos I have to pay Rs 15K extra for another
Device as per VU technician
4) Morover the Voice command that is there in the TV Manual and present on the TV remote will not work .
I have TVs from LG Samsung and Sansui but I never had to face this kind of harassment over support
It takes so many calls to get the VU technicians to attend to your calls that we get fed up . Morover emails donot get answered . This company seems to be an actual fly by night operator
