I visited to Mumbai few days ago with my friends. At that night we were at Marine Lines and we decided to have a dinner at Vortex South - Marine Lines - Mumbai. We entered the restaurant and there was no one for greetings. Then we sat on the table by ourselves. After much more time the waiter came to us to take the order. We gave the order and we were tired of waiting for our food. Then we called to manager. He talked to us with no manners. We were very disappointed with them. The Ambience in the restaurant was of zero percent. And finally we got our food. The food was not tasty at all. We ate our half meal and leaved it. Really the food was very bad and the customer service was the worst. The value of the money for food is very high than other restaurants. Please never visit to Vortex South Marine Lines - Mumbai.
