Shopping from voonik app is full wastage of your money as well your precious time also.so already all of them are know i'm going to tell about my horrible experince to shop online from online site voonik.4 days ago I want to purchased one dress from voonik app for my sister for rupees806 but when i'm going to made the payment from my debit card for the product to which I want to purchase , voonik app shows me a message that we are sorry.
We are unable to process your transaction for this product and why it happens I dont no what is the reason ehind this and after that my bank account has been debited to rupees806 then immediately I call thier customer care support they tell me that we are not received any payment from you for this product then I tell the above said problem then they we update your payment in 48hours which is not done by voonik app till now so I call them again they says we refund your money but it could not be done till now and i'm feel very sad for what is going on with me from the voonik has done.i only recommended to all of them not to buy any product from voinik app they cheat you only.and I dont know that my payment of rupees806 to voonik is to be refund me back or not .so guys beaware of this site and do not buy any product from voonik ??
