I bought Volvo S60 cross country and had to put it up for sale within one week of buying. The car is simply not meant Indian roads since it started giving me severe backache. Seats are hard like a rock, suspension is even harder hence car rolls like a truck, turning circle is like a truck hence can't take U turn on most roads .
This is not a luxury car for sitting at rear seat. I complained to all including CEO of Volvo India but nobody helped and ultimately managed to sell the brand new car at 25% discount.
It was a nightmare. Absolutely avoidable car.
