Process: they are still in stone age and learning alphabets of ITIL. So everything depends on your manager as he is like local panchayat.
Management: illiterate management as they have promoted all the mechanics, Admins and pan Wala's as IT managers, they have no whatsoever idea or knowledge on ITIL or PMP and been there like for 10 to 15 yrs doing nothing. They neither grow nor allow others to grow.
Work Culture: worst politics that you could ever see in IT industry. You will also get MOM for meetings that never happened from your managers.
Salary: it's ok if you come with the good package but after that you need to be an eye candy for your manager to get any decent hikes and please them by calling SIR.
Technology: they are in stone age technology and do not want to invest on the same, so you are always 10 yrs behind the market.
People and Politics: all retards are still sticking with it as they have no place to go. If you can play politics and win here then you have acquired all the skills necessary to go to the national level politics and contest against congress in Elections, I am Sure you will WIN.
Overall: I never imagined that a company could be like this. As the saying goes "unitll you see the worst you don't realize the value of what you have in hand" so guys please think 100 times before even thinking of joining this organization.
