Had purchased a voltas stabilizer few months back which went dead after two months or so.The technician came and took away the stabilizer saying the product cannot be fixed. Had raised the complaint for replacement several times and still there is no response from Voltas.
Never ever get a Voltas Stabilizer for your appliances unless you really want shoddy customer care. My complaint reference number 15081203267 still remains unanswered and unclosed. Very disappointed with the TATA product.
