I have voltas window ac 1.5 ton, which ibought 3 years back.
Worst part which I will recommend not to buy this brand because of simple reason that it has worst service and service centres.
They came for a complaint and said your compressor is defective, they changed it and also asked me to pay for gas charges whichwas around 2k. After 3 days ac stopped cooling again. They came backand said now your ac coil is leakingand asked for 3500rs again.
What happened atlast after I went to service centre personally, there was no defect in coil, all itneeded was smal welding. They didnot evencharged me a single rupee when I had an argument.
The point they said they misread address and confused with billing of both addresses.
They are fraud andask for huge amount of money without any defect. Thugslike service centre of voltas do this to every customer and there is no review by company.
