My first split ac was Whirlpool, bought 2 years back. Lucky enough so far so good. the guys did not even bother to attend service calls and not called for any paid service needed.
So my second ac for my newly built bed room is Voltas Vertis elite, I got a very decent deal. very next day of my purchase it was installed by service group. two calls received from their customer service about the running of ac.
Almost all products are more are less same in the range and always some + & -. But a care and support from service dept really matters. My future acs will be surely from Voltas. By the way I am living in salem, TN.
