Hi,
I bought the voltas Vertis split type 1 ton AC recently.
Functionality wise, I'm satisfied. After all, it cools the room well. A good solution to Kerala's humid and irritating summer !!
Let me list the thing I liked first..
Good Sales/Service staff: their response was really fast
The AC does what it supposed to do..
No dripping water, In-spite of the humid climate it is operating in!. The water gets drained outside (room) through a pipe.
The disappointments:
- Voltas team will not provide Electrical connection to the AC.,It requires the 20A rated electrical wirings directly taken from the Main Switch , cost about 23 Rs/meter.
Electrical Material +labour costed me Rs 2500.
Electricity consumption is about 11 KWh for using 8hrs.
Being from a Tata company, I thought it was made in India, but it was made in China !!
The manual does not explain the whole thing..For.e.g. when the ''sleep'' mode will be useful e.tc.
