We are located in coastal side of Karnataka state and the place which will hot during summer with less humidity.
So we decided to buy AC all the way at least for 1 room so that we all family can sleep in single room for a sound sleep. Its known fact that in market, sales person will advise to buy based on his commission not based on quality of worth to money.
Being some educated, I had done some Research to gain some knowledge on the capacity of AC required for room, quality, money and service etc.
After long research for a week, we decided and finalised to buy VOLTAS split AC 1.5 for our master bed room.
The initial reasons were to buy, common man price which is value to money and well known service & support.
After 1 year now and we are not experiencing any problems in terms of cooling, sound and service. We are completely satisfied with service. Good brand above expectations.
Other information/suggestion:
For rooms above 10*10 go with 1.5 ton and for less you can experience cooling with 1.0 ton as well.
During summer till 2AM switch on then switch off the AC as it will make your room cool until morning and you can set timer for auto off at night to save the POWER.
Expect 1000 ruppes more in power bills if you use 5 hours daily for month.
