Just got this ac 3 month back really its a worth buying product and easy to use for many outstanding reasons. When it comes to power consumption, as per I said above, they have improved the compressor quality and power efficiency as well with time. However it is worth mentioning that Voltas was awarded “Empower Awards for Energy Efficiency” for manufacturing most energy efficient air conditioners, which is awarded by Urjavaran Foundation, a voluntary non-profit NGO. The company is giving 5 years of guarantee so it simply shows that the quality offered by the company is reliable. Its worth buying ac . Its fully gives the value for money. Talking of Vertis series of Voltas which is having a high torque compressor, it usually consumes less power because they start with increasing torque and low voltage frequency, however if you run the air conditioner in turbo mode always, do not expect it to perform as a power efficient product for you. Voltas is very good brand in a.c and has a good reputation as a company. There panel of jurists were consisted of eminent personalities from the field of Energy and Environment. The consumption of electricity is also not high . One of the main advantages of this AC is that it is a split type. The indoor unit measures 94.4 x 30 x 21.3 cm and the outdoor unit measures 84 x 30 x 54 cm in width, depth and height, respectively. This is the reason there is space enough to fit it anywhere in the room. Even the outer unit can be fit very easily in the balcony or terrace.The ac is not making any kind of voice . The flip side. If the power goes off, the AC goes off even when the power gets back. This is very problematic specially during the night when there is a power cut. After some time when the cooling is over in the room, you start to feel hot. The service is also really good . This literally chilled your room. As compare to other brands, this a.c came at very reasonable price. Easy to use and operate. In the starting years, it runs very good and I do not have to spend any money on it. It is a good option to buy.
