I feel this review is:
We are from Bandra West, Mumbai. Faced a harrowing experience with Voltas customer care for servicing our Aircon. Despite repeated calls & follow up no one has turned up even after getting assurances. They now don’t even answer calls. Junaid is the customer service personresponsible for this ordeal. Really very bad experience.
