Generally voltas products are good specially air conditioners and this is the reason for opting for voltas AC 1.2 ton . and sadly speaking this was my first and last experience with this company . because of their poor customer care service and delay in installation . they take very long time for any service response even 15 days in installation. this ac is not at all good it requires lots of service and service is the one of the downside of this company.
Water leakage is the major problem with this ac. Whenever you turn on this AC water starts leaks out and this thing is most embarrassing in office or home .the second worst thing is about electricity consumption by this ac . 1.2 ton ac usually consume lesser amount of electricity but this AC consumes high amount electricity and the bill of electricity will cost you more than the cost of AC in one year.cooling is soo fast slow cooling is yet another drawback durability is very less . avoid this AC by voltas
