I feel this review is:
Voltas P28M personal air cooler is good cooler for a normal Indian room .It consume only 160 W electricity supply .Cooler body is good and delicate.Tank capacity it 21 ltr to 30 ltr .but it should be bigger. Voltas is big brand in electronic market .and after sale service is good and pleasant. Its a durable brand. comes in only 8500rs
