I've purchased a VOLTAS GOLD 1.5T 3S on 13th April 2013. Initially the product work well and after some time the cooling was good as compared to initial days. Then I called customer care and they told, will come do service in FOC due to free service. After free service(simply cleaned the filter nothing else - you get nothing free in this world) it seems that okay.
Last 2 months I facing issues with the indoor unit which spits water inside the room. When I called customer care, they told will send service person again. The service person openly told that the product is a failure model and everywhere they're getting same problem. And he clearly mentioned that it will be issue forever. Already the product is nearly one year old where the warranty going to expire on next month.
I am not sure that the VOLTAS company will replace my product since its a failure mode
