I purchased DF14S2 dishwasher for INR 44000/- 2years ago, it worked well. My problems started in the 3rd year. It stopped working and consulted customer service.
Service person played with dishwasher for 2 months and then they realised they cannot fix the problem. As I observed the tech team, they are not trained at all, all they do experimenting by changing each part and not aware of the functionality of it. Hence repair took 2 months and issue is not fixed.
When I escalated the issue to Voltas Beko CEO level, some regional service center head jumped into the issue and he said he will resolve the issue. No use, after spending 10days.
When I pressurise them, they agreed to give refund of 30800/-. I was not happy with it because I already paid them 600/- for repair and spent 4000/- for manual dishwashing during the 2+ months of repar time. Ofcourse, I was harassed during 2months repair time and no penalty for it.
Finally settled at 32800/- and It is not easy to get the refund too.
I need to buy a new dishwasher now and this is additional burden for me due to VoltasBek inability.
