I have been using this AC for 4 years. It still has very efficient cooling. It requires minimum service. As I have just got it serviced once till. Also the the 5 star rating is very efficient. It has reduced my electricity consumption since I have change my old split AC. I highly recommend using voltas. U dont need to give a second thought. Since voltas is one of the cheapest and one of the best. You wont a better deal than this. It competes the likes of Hitachi, OG, Diakin etc. Go for it guys. ( Y)
