My Experience with Voltas AC= As per my experience NEVER EVER BY VOLTAS AC.
I will never suggest anyone now to buy Voltas AC even when I have purchased this month only.
I have purchased 1.5 ton, 18VLY INV split ac from Sargam India Electronics Pvt. Ltd, Preet Vihar with bill no STREET-012649 on 20th March, 2016.
Distributor has delivered a defected AC. AC was installed after 3-4 days of delevery because weather was not so hot that time. When I have started the AC after one week it was not cooling. I have made a complain to Voltas on 3rd April with request no – 16040301933. After three days and multiple reminder to Voltas technical has attended my call and told me that there is no Gas in AC so they will come next day to fill the gas.
Next day when thay have trited to fill the gas it was not working they told me that there is problem ac condenser and they will have to take this ac for reparing. At the same time I called Saragam India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. regarding this faulty ac. They have given me the insurance that they will try to replace this faulty AC but in the meanwhile I should allow technician to take the AC for reparing. Next day they have returned the AC after fixing the problem and it was working fine at that time.
After 3-4 days when temperature increased I have started the AC, after running for around 30 minuts AC has generated some noise and againg stop working.
I made complain with Voltas again and just waiting for technician. Now I don't have any faith in Voltas products.Update on 19/04/2016: Technician visited and told me that there is no gas in AC and may be there is some problme with its PCB as well. So they will come tomorrow again to repair.
Now I doubt that is it a new AC or Voltas has sold me a refurbished AC. Otherwise how can be it possible that in a new AC within 1 month of purchased customer is not able to use his AC for atleast one full day.Voltas has told me that they are looking in to this matter but I think they are not looking the temprature. Now planning to buy a good Air Cooler as well because I can't relay on Voltas.
Just requesting Voltas please please please replace my outdoor unit.Think of my situtation that I have paid Rs. 40000 to Voltas to buy a faulty AC.Also Sargam India Electronics has told me that I should purchase some extended warranty from them because Voltas is giving only 1 year warranty and after that if any problem comes in AC I will have to pay for any part replacement. Sargam has charged Rs. 2300 for that extended warranty. But actually Voltas is already giving me the warranty for 5 years on all parts of that AC.
Now I am feeling cheated from Saragam India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. as well as from Voltas.
