Hi guys,
I have purchased this product in the month of May, 2018. The cooling is amazing. The cooling process is very fast and it doesn't pinch the pocket. I have checked the electrical consumption and the current drawn is quite less and it gets reduced as soon as the set temperature gets closer. Voltas has contract with third-party franchise who performs the service, this is something which I didn't like as they were not wearing any uniform specific to the brand. I called the customer service for general
servicing and the engineer visited my place on the very same day.
I have used aircons of other brands and I am using 2 aircons of different brands as well. I would say that the product quality is awesome.
The aircon draws a steady current of just 1.8-2.2 amps after it achieves the set temperature.
