I have a Voltas AC, and while the product is ok, the after sales support is horrible. And that's not surprising since Voltas is a TATA company. Tata's have a repute of being the most employee friendly, and that they are to such an extent that their staff becomes complacent towards customer service.
I'd booked a service request at Tata Voltas toll free number on 01 April 2017 and the complaint number issued to me was 17040107105. Today is 10 April 2017 and till today they have not allotted a service engineer to visit the site for inspection of the issue.
On inquiring the matter with the call centre, the executive says that he has sent the request again to the service team. He also informed that their TAT(turn-around-time) is 3 days, and even after knowing that their is such a hug lag in service execution, all he does is sends a mail.
On insisting that I want to speak with the team lead on the floor, I am informed that the lead is not available.
How much more sick can you guys get?
