I bought it 3 months ago as summers were coming near, I got it cheaper than online price because the shop owner was my friend and friends I am very much satisfied with it.
The cooling very much faster than other brands like o general and llyod or bluestar and also it less noisy than them.
There are lot of features in this ac which just eases our life. Features like auyo mode and sleep mode are very much user frindly for undisturbed sleeps.
The remote is also very user friendly to use. The design of the ac is also very much attractive and just privides a unique look to the room.
Coming to Service of Voltas, I Submitted a request for service to voltas in afternoon on 1st june and by next day afternoon the servicemen were at my door step and m appreciating it very much.
