I bough Vento TDI DSG in Dec 2015 considering it’s German Engineering and they way VW claims that only VE can build VW cars. Guys it’s bullshit. This car has such low reliability and so many issues. Let me start with first issue. Only two dealers in Pune. If you want to visit dealer for some work you need an entire day only to hand over car. After I bought my car within 6 months I got steering noise issues. My car went to showroom three times- once in Goa and two times in Pune- BU Bhandari Pune west. Later they had to change the entire stud as the stud failed. I drove my car again for long drives. Fast forward at 25, 000 Km brake started failing and noise started to come. A loud noise. My car went to showroom for 6 times for brake noise. They first clean the disc pads, later did and then they asked me to change the entire front discs. Later noise still didn’t go and came to conclusion that noise is actually from rear. Can you believe it? The staff is not at all technically competent. My car went back to show room again and again but noise is still as it is. Now they are asking me to change hr entire brake drums. Have appointment tomorrow for the same and I still have no hope. Story does not end here. When I had so many issue I requested that I want to talk to someone from VW and not dealer. It never happened. VW sales and marketing team do not speak to customer. Such weird company and such fraud brand. Well they are fraud and the whole world knows this. So if you are looking for car VW should be your last option. At least for me now. I won’t repeat my purchase and I will also ask everyone on social media not to buy VW. I still thinks Japanese are better .. may be Honda or Toyota.
