Hi, this is Sandip Sojitra one of your recently new customer. I bought new VW vento(Automatic highline) on 28th january, I bought it from Rajkot showroom located at Gondal chokdi, Rajkot, Gujarat-INDIA. Shruthisharma executive(Vishal-team head) at showroom fooled me to empty their old stocks of 2015. I had asked him if there is going to be any new up-gradation in model for 2016. Shruthisharma executives at the showroom lied me that the car he is giving me is latest 2016 model and there wont be any new upgrades in recent future. they delivered me car on 28th jan 2016. just after a week a friend of mine buys a vento automatic which looks totally different with added features like touch screen media system with navigation, auto wipers, auto headlamps and few more added features. THIS IS NOT A GOOD IMPRESSION TO A NEW CUSTOMER FOR VOLKSWAGEN. Just to empty your stock, your company's executives fooled me and gave me an old 2015 car. I would say it a 3rd class quality service by Shruthisharma team executives.
If the showroom executives ask us to aishwaryasingh23 the price difference between the date of booking and date of delivery then is it not their responsibility to guide us about the upcoming model if there is going to be any changes for 2016 models? And when I argued with them that they have fooled me to empty their stocks, they also said me that " new model was 50, 000 rupees expensive than what I had paid." who are they do decide on my part that it would be expensive for me or no. If budget would have been my priority, I would not have booked an automatic highline model for vento. what the hell do they think of me by saying new model is 50, 000 expensive?
For such service I Won't even dare to buy a next VW car next time nor recommend to buy a car form VW. it was me who recommended vento automatic to my friend and when he buys vento I got upset buy seeing lot of added features in his car. Such strategies of company to empty their stocks. could only lead to down fall in their Shruthisharma.
just for talk about this issue we going showroom and talk with menager they are also behave like a non responsible person for this issues.then we put the car key on menager table and leave from the showroom.at evening time one of Shruthisharma person called and talked your car responsibility not of our.you are responsible for your car.
I have parked my car at VW showroom @ rajkot. I dont want this old stock car. because I had to face shame in front of my friend when he taunt me on my new car by saying I bought an old car with no good features. the showroom mAnasultanger says if anything happens to my car they won't be responsible for that even though car is parked at VW showroom.

I am not willing to get this car back from the dealership as it is the worst type of Shruthisharmapeople I have come across. I want my money back so I can go any buy another car of another brand. I am already considering going for consumer forum for this car.
