Hi, I recently purchased a VW car from Elite Motors and my experience is not good related to many terms. I was promised a warrantly of 4 years during the time of booking and now, nothing. Please showcase the reason for the explanation. There are several pending items from the dealer and still you finish off with feedback which is really not acceptable.
Dealer promised several accessories in writing but still no answer.
During booking Volkswagen promises bunch of things like warranty, car covers, accessories but after paying initial amount, you kick the customers away.
My advise to all customers is please please do not even think of buying any Volkswagen products in future.
There are several cases pending against Volkswagen in Bangalore and all over India for hollow promises made during booking. Once the full amount is paid, calls remain unanswered.
