When you raise for service or defective vehicle concern( I have done at least 20 times)
You will get reply which is meaningless.
I feel they are shameless and deaf they will not take any action.
1)Sorry for inconvenience caused you
2)Thank you for patronage in Volkswagen product Concern will be attended as per Volkswagen standard
3)The concern is assigned to Volkswagen -(some city)
I never knew the level of Volkswagen is third grade
Most of the time the service station will not have trained and skill technicians
Who will attend your concern? Most important they will never have spears other then engine oil.

I visited volkswagen service station six times and spent 15 days to resolve the issue . spending my money and time which is due to faulty car manufactured by Volkswagen India

About my experience
I bout polo hi line from Kumar motors Belgaum. Every thigh was fine. I felt good.
Within 2000 km car started rattling sound and asked area sales manager to attend and tell me what to do . He never replied. As my place has no service station.
I took appointment service Kumar motors hubli on my way to Bangalore for work I reached service station They never understood the fault and said car is fine. After talking to service head he said he will check car and reply about. Got reply faulty staring wheel rack. I thought things will be fine. By the time I will come from Bangalore I can take car back.
When I asked if my car is ready. Shocking reply. No spare. Wait for 30 days.
I threatened them to dare to face legal concern for it for new faulty vehicle. Not equipped to repair it.
They requested for 5 days and bought part from Chennai and send my car. To bijapur
But concern was not solved.(I don’t know whether they changed part or not because bill was not raised. after request they raised bill 30days after repair)
I replied company about same concern. Company replied with those funny and meaningless words. And a technician reached my place and after doing test drive and fasting some grill screws he said no rattling sound will come again. And rattling sound in the Volkswagen is common problem.
Drive in same condition we cannot do more job. That time I understood what big mistake I did by taking car manufactured from Volkswagen.
one of my friend told to try Kolhapur they are better. They also took. Two day to find fault and replaced. Shock absorber and took some 700/- rs as part of shock absorber is not under warranty
Don’t be under impression they will charge at least 30% of part by saying as per F Volkswagen standard( Volkswagen standard is to collect money from costumer for purchasing faulty car) .
Left noise vanished and it took 2 days . I lost 5000/- for stay and traveling to service station
Thanked them and left. Felt Volkswagen Kolhapur is good
Reached service station at 7500km for general service. with right side wheel rattling noise
After taking test drive. They found steering column(worth 55000/-)
Same again- spare not available.
Because of their behavior I felt and I will visit again(even I did not have any option to say no I took Volkswagen my bad luck)
After 15 They informed me that spare is available now .
I reached service station. Got fitted. paid some 400/- under warranty( Volkswagen standard is to collect money from customer for purchasing faulty car) .
On the way to my place again rattling sound. Reappeared
Next day I called service station to inform that rattling sound is still there in the car.
They asked us to reach service station to get it corrected. With your own fuel and time.
As they don’t have any standard to pay for fuel even if the faulty service done by Volkswagen.
With no option left I reached service station. They found. New column bought was also faulty and replaced anther one. I felt like what s h I t is this Volkswagen.
They replaced one more and took test drive and. Did not sign on satisfactory letter and even I did not pay anything. Left to my place.
After driving 1000/- after replacing steering column . again rattling sound reappeared.
I was totally pissed off . and asked for the fuel and driver charges to . but Volkswagen F standard .( Volkswagen standard is to collect money from customer for purchasing faulty car) Not to give any reimbursement to customer .
I replied them I will drive the car in same condition and any Thing more fault happen because of this Volkswagen is responsible . But got no reply about it . such a shameless Volkswagen.
Reached service station. At 15000km As it is mandatory to keep all laws and warranty alive.
This time they changed .
Steering column worth 55000/- -(twice this time)
Starring rack 10000/-(twice this time)
And took 5 days . rattling sound did not vanish . work was not fruit full
I left car in the service station and reached my place. Still is in kolhapur
Service manager explained me - if concern is not solved in three days . Company will pay me 1200/- per day and taxi charges. How true. Purchase Volkswagen if you want to experience bad time
